Results of the Grant Competitions Announced by the Commission on Combating Corruption of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The winners of the I and II grant competitions for 2024, announced by the Commission on Combating Corruption of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter – the Commission), have been determined. Within the competition framework, projects were announced on the topics of "Integrity and Conflict of Interest Management in Law Enforcement Agencies: International Practices and Practical Approaches" and "Enhancing Anti-Corruption Literature in University Libraries."

In the first grant competition, the "ProDemos" Public Union was selected as the winner. According to the project submitted by "ProDemos," more than 200 law enforcement officers will be trained on ethical behavior, corruption prevention, and conflict of interest management using international best practices and practical approaches. The project also aims to develop decision-making skills by working on real-life cases and scenarios.

In the second grant competition, the "European Law Students’ Association – Baku" Public Union was selected as the winner. According to the project submitted by this public union, work will be carried out to improve the legal literature database, including anti-corruption materials, and expand research resources in the library of Karabakh University.
