The Anti-Corruption Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan announces a grant competition for supporting non-governmental organizations.

Subject of the competition:

Implementation of awareness-raising activities to prevent violations that may occur during the sale and purchase of apartments in newly constructed multi-apartment buildings.

Participation in the competition:

Non-governmental organizations registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan can participate in the competition.

Submission of projects:

Project proposals must be submitted to the Anti-Corruption Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan by email (office@commission-anticorruption.gov.az) no later than October 13, 2023. When applying, organizations must submit the following documents along with the project for implementing awareness-raising activities to prevent violations that may occur during the sale and purchase of apartments in newly constructed multi-apartment buildings, as well as the budget required for the preparation of the project:

• A copy of the certificate of registration of the NGO

• A copy of the organization's Charter

• A copy of the organization's extract from the State Registry

• A copy of the organization's Tax Identification Number (TIN)

• A brief description of the organization's activities

• Resumes (CVs) of the project leader and key staff members

Evaluation criteria:

• The experience of the organization.

• A clearly stated and well-justified description of the project implementation.

• The amount of funding required for the grant project must be reasonably and strictly justified in accordance with reality.

• The efficiency of the project and the evaluation of risks related to the implementation of the project.

Budget of the competition:

12,000 AZN.

Duration of the competition:

The submission of projects starts on October 3, 2023, and ends on October 13, 2023.

Deadline for submission of projects:

October 13, 2023, by 18:00.
